Michael S. Saxton

Mike founded EPI Technologies in 2003 and continues to reside as the principle owner and operator. Prior to forming EPI Technologies, Mike was formerly a top producer for six years with a reputable manufacturer firm. His focus has been with OEM, carrier, telecom, government, utilities, distributors and dealer networks. This makes EPI Technologies very attractive to a multitude of manufacturers. He has had tremendous success introducing manufacturers to new opportunities at Motorola, US Cellular, Verizon, AT&T and others. Mike holds a BA in Communications.

Tom Waters

Tom started EPI Technologies in 2024 and has 25 years of experience as an Outside Sales Engineer providing solutions for electrical test and measurement, EMC and industrial processing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology. Tom is also a proud Army Veteran.

Jennifer Heffernan

Jennifer has been with EPI Technologies since 2011 and is a seasoned marketing and sales development professional who has worked in the manufacturing, electronics and financial services industries for more than 20 years. In addition to her project and account management experience, she enjoys the entire client consultation process from listening to their needs, providing a thorough explanation of solutions and then implementing them. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Marketing Communications.

Alicia Mitchell

Alicia started EPI Technologies in 2021. She has 14 years of customer service, account management, collections and call center experience. She is a critical-thinker and a creative problem-solver with an eye for detail. Alicia has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Linda Wright

Linda has been with EPI Technologies since 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing and sales field. She has excellent customer service, database management, sales and marketing skills. Linda holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communications and AMA Certification in Project Management.
